Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

At ARAARA, all products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or changes of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at replaica@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the issue is verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental orders

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
